No one can join me like I'm offline

I try to host world on omlet arcade but i see my profile does not appear and cannot be online in the world I tried to watch multiplayer but it was open i try restarting game and that not working I tried deleting and reloading it still the same I think it might be my Xbox account but I need some clarification first
