Unable to cure zombie villager when using touch hold down

Not to be confused with MCPE-13623. You are unable to cure a zombie villager when using touch hold down with a golden apple after the zombie is given weakness.

Steps to reproduce

• Summon a zombie villager using command.
• Give the zombie villager weakness potion.
• Attempt to cure with golden apple.

Curing doesn't function and should be causing the zombie villager to show red particles, shake and have a cracking noise.
