Crawling animation is played on top of the gliding one

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Short Sneak and Crawling experiment;
2. Equip an elytra;
3. Glide under a block without touching the ground (easier in creative mode).

Observed Results:
The crawling animation is played on top of the gliding one.

Expected Results:
Only the gliding animation is played.
