Color bug and character stuck when entering water while crawling

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make a 1x1 hollow tube
2. Place spring water at one end
3. Enter at the other end by sneaking

Observed Results:

Upon contact with water, the character will turn completely dark, and if it continues, it will be stuck in the same block, unable to go back. 

Expected Results:

The player's color shouldn't change, and the character shouldn't get stuck on the block, being able to go to the water source
