Camera transition is too slow when initiating crawling

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Short Sneak and Crawling experiment;
2. Use a piston and a block to push you into crawling.

Observed Results:
The transition is too slow, making you visibly clip through the block.

Expected Results:
The transition is at least as fast as the piston, allowing you to avoid clipping.

Notes: The speed seems to be similar to the sneaking, which shouldn't apply since the camera is shifting over double the height of the shift that occurs when sneaking.
