Player's head uses default rotations when crawling
Steps to Reproduce:
- Enable the Short Sneak and Crawling experiment;
- Get into a crawling position;
- Enter third person view.
Observed Results:
The head rotates freely, resulting in very unnatural and uncomfortable looking rotations (see attached picture).
Expected Results:
The head rotates similarly to the swimming animation.

Notes: This can be fixed by changing the humanoids' look_at_target animation controller to use the swimming one whenever variable.swim_amount > 0.0 instead of using query.is_swimming. This also fixes the transition of the head when going from swimming to standing not being smooth.
