New touch controls block placement issues

When holding the place block button on a mobile device and placing blocks horozantally, and moving sideways the blocks will be stacked on top of one another until out of reach.

 

steps to reproduce :

1.Create a new flat world using the new touch controls

2. Get any block and hold the place block button and move backwards creating a line

3. while still holding the button, move sideways

 

Expected output :

The Blick will be placed where you are facing
