/give command not working on Education Edition items

The /give command doesn't work with some Education Edition items.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a world with the Education Edition option on.
2. Try to use the /give command to give yourself an Education Edition item.

Observed Results:

The items do not appear in the autocomplete for the /give command, and even if you put in the item's identifier, it doesn't work.

Expected Results:

The items should work with the /give command.

Notes:
You can give yourself the elements and chemistry equipment, but not most of the other items.

Example command: 

/give @s ice_bomb

Result of example command:

Syntax error: Unexpected "ice_bomb": at "/give @s >>ice_bomb<<"
