Random light glitch in ocean

Any world on my realm has the same problem with lines of light in the ocean and on land in places where they should not be ive tried multiple worlds on my realm and they all have it 

when i leave and rejoin the lines are in a different place. ive only seen this bug on minecraft bedrock realms on PC or the windows edition all of my friends have the same problem on the realm. ive downloaded the world and played to see if it has light lines off the realm and it does not have them. please help !
