Cannot upgrade to netherite!! V1.19.83

Playing on my realm, on the monsters ++ marketplace map, and finally mustered up the resources to get some netherite armour. Suprise however because it doesn't work and acts like it's the incorrect recipe or something, idk but im seeing lots of other posts where it says this issue is resolved?? Very disappointed as this was the first time back playing since netherite was added a resolution that doesn't include restarting my realm would be greatly appreciated! Thankyou!
