Bamboo Mosaic cannot repair Wooden Tools and Weapons or Shields

Bamboo Mosaic does not repair Wooden Tools/Weapons or Shields in an Anvil.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an Anvil.
2. Try to use Bamboo Mosaic to repair these items.

Observed Results:
Bamboo Mosaic cannot be used to repair these items.

Expected Results:
Bamboo Mosaic should be able to be used to repair these items.
