Avatar and minecraft skin not showing

When I create or join a server I own, my avatar within that server does not show, and nether does my minecraft skin. When I join a friends server both my minecraft skin and avatar show completely fine, I have tried many options to try and fix this issue such as, relog in, repair and verify files, turn trusted minecraft skins on and off, and tried a skin pack but the skins still don't show on my minecraft servers, this issue is only on BEDROCK windows
