My Minecraft game on Xbox says that it needs a 0 kb update.

I reset my console, did a hard reset, moved the game from external to internal, redownloaded it, turned off my internet, asked tons of the Minecraft support players, and I looked up on Reddit and only a few people have this problem and it's never been fixed. All some of us have is just an unplayable game that keeps wanting us to update a 0 kb file. It then copies itself and after resetting multiple times (15 resets) it finally downloaded, but that copy said the exact same thing. Nothing has or is working and it's also not on just my profile, so at this point I don't think it's on my end ;(
