Minecraft doesn't work well

Why is the current version of Minecraft unable to save maps and settings. also when I logged into my xbox account and exited the game then went back into the game the account logged out by itself. I'm using a Xiaomi Redmi note 11 device. Please explain, I even looked in the file manager, there was no world map folder, it wasn't saved. Btw i play on mcpe and this case has happened since version 1.18
