Monsters spawn before loading screen goes away when going through portals.

So basically, my preferred edition for Minecraft is Bedrock, I have tried to enter the nether so many times, and failed a lot of the time.

Minecraft Bedrock loads in the mob's and player's a.i. first before the loading screen goes away, and because the nether is just filled with many deadly mobs, they kill you before you can react.

But the thing is, I have not seen anyone else experience this bug, I have lost so many items.

One more thing, I set the affected versions to 1.19 because that's the only version I know that has this bug (I have not tried other versions).
