Spawning Items and Custom NBTs using Hack Clients.

So, ever since 1,14, Players have been able to use Hack Clients to spawn in CUSTOM items in multiplayer worlds/servers. the players who are using the Hack Clients do NOT have Operator Permissions. and they can spawn in CUSTOM items with custom enchants ex.Sharpness X  , Protection 9 , etc. please fix this bug. HECK. this has also happened on the 2022 Mob Vote. where the Mob Vote server got raided by a player using a hack client called Horion Client. Please fix this bug, and also please protect the Game Process as these hack clients INJECT custom DLLs into the Game Process (Microsoft.MinecraftUWP) .
