You can't break blocks quickly in creative mode

In creative mode there is a small waiting time to break blocks in creative mode it is somewhat annoying because it does not make sense that this happens

In version 1.19.70 you could instantly break blocks without any problem in version 1.19.83 now it's somewhat impossible to instantly break blocks as if it had a small duration For the block to break
