Says "world is not fully syncd or has been corrupted".

I was playing Minecraft and out of no where a no storage space came out of my screen and I don’t know how to clear it and my world is now corrupted pls someone help me or pls resolve this problem Minecraft. My user is corruptxjose on Xbox
