Copper block doesn't show wax particles in worlds with education edition toggle on

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a world with education edition toggle on
2. Put a copper block
3. Try to wax it

Expected results: 
The copper block should show wax particles as ever 

Obtained results:
The copper block doesn't show it
