Achievement Reward not unlocking once complete

I don't know if this a personal issue but after competing achievements (The End?) and (The End.) I am unable to claim the rewards attached to each achievement. The rewards (Victor's boots) and (Victor's Overcoat) both have locks even though I have both trophies.
