Some Sounds are Centered on the Corner of the Block they Come From

When breaking a block, the sound is centered on the southeast corner of the block. When using a block, the sound is centered on the northwest corner of the block. When placing a block, the sound is centered in the middle of the block, where it is supposed to be.

The issue is more evident when using headphones. This does not apply to devices or games in which stereo sound is turned off.
