Detected Lost connection

I play Minecraft with my girlfriend and every time I join the server I get kicked out and i don't know if it's due to a glitch or something but I don't want to delete the world that we both did in the past 6 months. I need help on this one. We did everything to changing the internet to restarting gaming systems to literally just reinstalling the game. What can I do about this? Thanks
