Always crashing and not updating.

So, my brother Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 has a bug where every time he tries to play emerald tycoon, the game just crashes so I can't play with him. Oh, and also he can't update minecraft to 1.19.81 because when he tries to update it just doesn't.
