Character changes are no longer instantaneous

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Switch to third person view for the changes to be more easily viewed;
2. Open the dressing room;
3. Edit a character in any way before changing to it.

Observed Results:
The ingame model takes a few seconds to update.

Expected Results:
The change is instantanous.

Notes: This delay only occurs when a character has been edited. The change is still instantaneous when it's just a character slot being switched.
