Glitched that I don't know how to fix

It's 2 glitches so first one is im in my Minecraft world that is creative (Xbox one edition) and I'm I get ultimate gamepass so I get the better version that has more items and stuff and when I went on the world no all of a sudden I was super fast and it got annoying cuz now it's hard to build cuz I place blocks where I'm not trying to and the second one is now there's another glitch where sometimes when I gop down or up when I'm flying there's invisible walls that appear out of nowhere and they weren't there before

Oh I forgot about this so the third one is when I was in a desert temple I ran into a block and teleported through it but when I walked back under the destroyed block I went back
