No attack animation

When hit in the air, the hit animation is not played, although the swing sound is played.
Expected Result: Both the animation and the sound of the attack will play during the air strike.
I would also like to draw your attention to the inability to return the delay when pressing the attack and interaction touch buttons, since this error appeared when this delay was removed.
This delay is needed in order to be able to bring the cursor to the target. The last version in which the delay was present was 1.19.41. More detailed here: MCPE-164406
