FIll Command not working

Hello, Ive been trying to place grey concrete as a floor however the usual fill command doesnt work.

E.g:

/fill ~ ~ ~ ~10 ~10 ~10 concrete 7

 

This used to work but just keeps failing with the message:

Syntax error: Unexpected "7": at "concrete >>7<"
