Villagers won’t relink

My previously linked villagers will not relink to their moved job block. This ALWAYS happens after an update. I moved my previously linked villagers. They will link to a bed (green particles) but when I put their job block down. I get nothing. It has been 24 hours and it is still not resolved. They villagers are just staring at me. Please fix. I wrote  a post like this after the last update, and it was fixed within 24 hours. This issue is still happening after every update
