XP can be duplicated via a furnace by swapping items

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world in creative
2. Get a furnace, a stack of gold ingots, a fuel source, and a piece of  raw gold
3. Go in survival and place the furnace
4. Smelt the piece of gold
