Stronghold Generation Glitch

Happens on all devices except Windows 10. This started happening in 0.15.0 and continues to happen. If you try to generate a stronghold world, part of what would normally generate is above the village well and the structure does not generate. Here are the seeds I see this on:
Seed 1: money maker
Seed 2: mimi
Seed 3: FINAL
