Java and bedrock skins won't work properly for any mixed Java and bedrock servers

So when I play on the public server Neonetwork my custom skin won't load and will give me one of your default skins that I can't change. Could you please fix this, the one that has my name tag is my custom skin and the one outside my pause menu is the one of your skins that I can't take off. I asked the workers for Neonetwork and TheNeoCubest said this was a problem you guys would have to fix. Thanks
