when I try to install mcpe, it says that an unknown proble has occured -24

I installed some mods before the recent update but when the update was not working until earlier today. Than I changed my ip addip adeess so that I can play online but it just failed.
What I expected to happen was...:

What I expected to happen was for minecraft to work and not have any issues with changing my Ip address

What actually happened was that the program failed to change it and said that I needed to re -install mcpe so th ats what I tried to do but it said that there was an unknown problem -24
