MCPE-17008

Can not connect to local server

this bug affects windows 10 edition only. And its simple, MCPE can not connect to server running on the same PC, I tried different ports but still says "Unable to connect to world" if i set port to default (19132) MCPE shows server in local servers list, but still can not connect.
