Minecraft crashes when connected to no internet wifi or Sim card

Description

Minecraft crashes after connected to no internet wifi or Sim card.
It affects all versions of 1.19

Steps to produce

Open Minecraft
Connect to No internet wifi or data Hotspot
Click on play button

Observation

It stucks after some time and crashes

Result

It do not respond (crashes) after some time.

This bug is on my Android devices (pocket edition) but not on PC (Bedrock edition) I have tested on both edition. It works only if we have non recharged SIM Card and uses its Mobile data.
