Texture Lighting Bug

I have sensitive eyes and It's hard to play constantly seeing textures change.So this was the first thing I noticed after this new update.

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Log in
2. Load up a world
3. Fly upward 25 to 40 blocks
4. Look down
5. (2) Noticeable circle/triangles moving with player
6. This also effects leaves, inside the triangles flash when a player moves. More noticeable at night, Fancy leaves about 50 blocks away flash, When standing still trees light up, Start walking they go back to normal.

More info: You don't need to fly upward to notice this. If your world is flat enough you can see the textures constantly changing. I find it unplayable, Don't know how More people haven't noticed. Please help I can't play like this.
