Creative block break delay

Blocks in creative aren’t insta-breaking, but having a break ring appear on it for a few seconds (it’s a touchscreen thing) and cracks on the block. This applies to pretty much anything except flowers and a few other things. This is annoying and shouldn’t be happening.
