Allay sounds don't coincide with their description

Allays are programmed to chortle when they have an item and yearn when they don't... However, that's not the case here. Instead they chortle when you first find them in one Minecraft session and yearn when you log back in to your world. They still sing when you give them an item and they are passing it around, but the yearns and chortle do not coincide with what the intentions of the developers were.
