Hoppers seem to sometimes give a new slot to stackable items

So, there is an issue whit hoppers when sometimes, the hopper seem to give a new slot an item that was already in the next chess, hopper or other blocks whit storage. said Item is stackable and wasn't at 64 items yet.

 

On the screenshot, I have a 32 items group before a 22 items group in the chest.
