Issue with selecting touch pad /yoy stick / controller

Good morning i have simple issues with selecting the way of moving in the game i click and it don't reacts nomather whot i do  i tried to create a word but first thing that i just saw it's huge notification about selecting the way of moving in the game  and i tried to click eny obtion but it doesn't react here is scaren record
