MCPE became very laggy after 1.20.0.21 update

Dear team

My MCPE world has became very laggy after the update 1.20.0.21 , before the update it was running very smoothly but as soon as i updated it became super slow and especially near redstone constructions it becomes extremely slow and redstone doesnt even work. Look into it its taking all the fun out of the game!
