Weird placement and destruction hitbox

When i was building a base after updating, i started to notice a strange placement of blocks and destruction, i furry experienced this with a fence, then with planks, when i try to target a location to place/destroy a block it just target another near location, i thought it was some new touch configuration of 1.20, but i found nothing
