Command "Testforblock" Doesnt work after the update neither in the Chat nor in a Command Block

After the 1.19.73 Update A command i used dozen of times before doesnt work -> /testforblock "x "y "z polished_blackstone_button 4. and i cant be because i mistaped it because this command ive put in a command block and i copied the first command block so thats not the problem. on Command blocks that have been before the update it stitll works

 

 

The Screenshots "Number 2" Show a Command block with exact the same Command (Except Coordinates) that has been placed before Update 1.19.73 (for the English: "Block Bei  -368, -34, 3597 gefunden" is german and means something like Block found by -368, -34 3597 which means the command is working

Note: "Number 1" Command blocks are been placed after the Update

The Screenshots "Number 1 (Proof no type Error)" is just the so you can see that with out the 1 the command works but as seen in "Number 2" it should work with the 1

The Screenshots "Number 1 (Broken)" show the Bug
