Minecraft Often crashes whether it's in the game or in the main menu

when I open Minecraft, Minecraft is stuck, aka not responding, can't be touched, and usually there is a system notification "Minecraft is not responding" and it really annoys me while playing. 

This problem has existed since version 1.18, and the only device affected by the bug is Mediatek A20 1.8 Ghz or a lower version
