The cursor that shows your posistion and orientation is gone on maps

The cursor that shows your posistion and orientation on normal and locator maps do not appear or shift from map to map besides appering on map 1. You can still "fill out" maps but your cursor will not appear or shift. this in incredibly annoying for the achievement Map Room. (bassically your cursor is trapped on map 1)

Ive tried all diffrent maps to fix it but none worked and no diffrent size maps matter
