Most items are not in the hand of a player with a skin from the character creator

Summary:
Most items (Seeds, Amethyst Bud, Dripleaf, Gunpowder, Sugar, Glowstone Dust...) are not in the hand of a player with a skin from the character creator. Imported and skins from the marketplace do not have this problem.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the skin to the skin from the character creator.
2. Take in hand Seeds, Dyes, Gunpowder.
3. Look at the items in your hand in third person.
4. Change the skin to the skin from the marketplace or imported skin.
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3.

Observed results:
Items do not touch the player's hand (fly over the hand).

Expected results:
Items must touch the hand.
