Using pick block on an axolotl gives you a bucket instead of an egg

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find or summon an Axolotl;
2. In creative mode, use pick block on it.

Observed Results:
You get an axolotl bucket.

Expected Results:
You get an axolotl spawn egg.
