laggy tip message

This bug affects all devices, if MCPE receiving tip message (TextPacket with message type = 4) so it becomes laggy after few time.. but it doesn't happen with popup message (TextPacket with message type = 3). So im 100% sure its a bug. And this bug wasn't there in 0.14
