Shield with globe pattern does not match java

Summary:
Shield with globe pattern does not match java. Only the globe pattern seems to be affected. The globe pattern on the shield is not upside down!

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a banner with a globe pattern (Java and Bedrock).
2. Move the created banner to the shield.
3. Compare the pattern on the shield in bedrock and java.

Observed results:
The globe pattern on the shield differs between Bedrock and Java.

Expected results:
The globe pattern on the shield will be the same in java and bedrock.
