Minecraft Preview crashes on startup

A few months ago, I was trying to fix an error with Minecraft Preview, but I couldn´t fixed it. The game crashes at startup. But heres a little detail, when I disconnect the internet, it opens normally, but IN-GAME, when I connect to internet again, crashes again. I need a solution to fix this.
