Item after crafting appears in the Grindstone output slot

Summary:
Item after crafting appears in the Grindstone output slot.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Craft an item (armor, shield (anything that can be placed in Grindstone)).
2. Place the Grindstone.
3. Place 1 crafted item in 1 slot Grindstone.

Observed results:
Exactly the same item appeared in the output slot.

Expected results:
A red X will appear on the arrow and the item will not go through the Grindstone.
